about

I started my pottery journey in February of 2021 and have poured myself into the messy and captivating world of clay ever since. It's an archaic skill and process that connects me to a simpler way of life and to myself.

Each piece requires fine attention to detail and hours to make; between throwing on the wheel, drying, trimming, kiln firing and decorating/glazing. And so, it is always a little bittersweet to let go of pieces I've come to know so well. But overall, it's extremely gratifying to share this passion and to know that someone will find use in something I made by hand.

Due to the nature of handmade pottery, each piece is one of a kind and may have some small imperfections. If I'm lucky enough to earn a place in your home with my work, I hope that my pieces offer you a gentle reminder to slow down and appreciate life's beauty, flaws and all.

Thank you for allowing me to share something that brings me so much joy.
